Tera is a real estate developer based in Vancouver, Canada. Through our brand discovery, we uncovered their values of family, wellness, and balance. With these values in mind we conceptualized their brand name, brand identity, creative direction, and website.
To Tera, a home is a resting place, safe haven, and a space shared through changing seasons and life’s milestones. Building a home is not just about constructing a beautiful building, but creating a home through a holistic approach.
With the launch of Tera’s first project, Otto, we also built a homeowner portal within the Tera website for homeowners to make service requests, access appliance manuals, contact information, and more.
